Supporting the Manea Spa brand needs consistent attention to the implementation of the core values throughout the Spa. I coordinate the staff uniforms, the music, decorations with fresh flowers, the layout, the graphic design, recruitment and training to support the brand.
More importantly, I work with my team to ensure that all team members have an understanding of and input into the spa brand.
The aim is to have a customer experience that promotes a strong connection with the spa.
What makes this connection? The smell of a Tiare (gardenia) on your skin; the use of fresh pinnaple during your facial; the iced green tea with fresh ginger offered at the end of the treatment.
These things and many more are ways that I have worked to support the Manea spa brand.
Soutenir la marque Manea Spa nécessite une attention constante à l'implémentation de ses valeurs fondamentales dans le Spa. Je coordonne des sujets aussi divers que les uniformes des équipes, la musique, la décoration florale, la déco, le design graphique, le recrutement et la formation des équipes à la marque.
L'objectif est d'avoir une experience client qui créé une forte connection avec le spa. Qu'est-ce qui fait cette connection? La senteur du Tiare (gardenia) sur votre peau, l'utilisation de l'ananas frais durant votre soin du visage; le thé vert frais au gingembre à la fin de votre traitement.
